More About me

I help runners from all over the world chase big goals while keeping the joy in the journey. My specialty is coaching Disney runners who want to tackle challenges and longer distances while balancing park time, travel, and recovery — so you can race strong and enjoy the magic.
I’ve been running for over 16 years and hold my RRCA run coaching certification. Along the way, I’ve learned that smart training, mental strength, and community are the keys to sustainable progress. From my first 5K to multiple runDisney challenges and marathons, I know what it takes to train consistently, stay healthy, and keep running fun.
When I’m not coaching or running, you’ll usually find me playing board games, watching soccer, hiking with my dog, traveling, or enjoying my Disney Vacation Club membership at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
